I've included below the explanation for questions; and the solution for (d) and (e) - which require more attention (a little more 'complex' than the rest). There are several ways to approach these 2 parts.

Question (e) There are several ways to approach this question.

Primarily... to extract the common factor across all terms first OR doing that as the last step (which is an often forgotten step).
